Disclaimer of warranties and liabilities
Digital downloads of any and all eContent purchased from PeedeePublishing.com constitutes an expressed agreement that the purchaser alone is responsible for any harm that may be caused to the purchaser's computer, as well as its components and accessories, when downloading, opening, viewing, manipulating, printing, or otherwise utilizing the purchased file(s). We do not guarantee that any of our files, emails, or eContent is free of viruses, although we do strive to maintain the integrity of our digital materials.
Peedee Publishing does not assume responsibility for what may occur in the course of following any advice or instructions included in any of its emails, print or electronic correspondence, written matter (articles, books, essays, eContent, etc.), etc. The user assumes responsibility for any and all consequences.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Since eContent is not comprised of physical items such as "regular" print books, customers cannot return them to Peedee Publishing once they've been purchased and/or downloaded. We have no way of verifying that customers have deleted returned eContent from their hard drives, so we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer excerpts from all available eBooks, so that you may sample the items before buying them.
